George Vreeland Hill Speaks!

We need to start taking a real hard look at how we control
guns in this country.
There are a number of weapons available today that do not
belong in people's hands.
If the number of gun related deaths keep going up, then
maybe we need to take all
guns out of society.
The lies of the NRA and its supporters no longer hold any
weight.
The often used saying, guns don't kill people, people kill
people, is wrong.
The real truth is that people use guns to kill other people,
and they are doing so
in record numbers.
Another argument of gun owners is that if guns were outlawed,
then only criminals
would have guns.
Well, guess what?
Good citizens can have guns right now, and many do, but they
are still getting shot.
If someone pulls a gun on you, it will not matter if you have
one yourself.
Many police officers around the country have been killed in
recent years by firearms,
and no one is more well armed than police.
We saw more than thirty Virginia Tech students killed by a
nut with a gun.
Since arming students on campus is out of the question, how
can we protect them from
this sort of thing?
Quite simply, you can't, even with more security.
How many more innocent people have to die because the
outdated Second Amendment
states that people have the right to keep and bear arms?
It does not work today.
People's right to live far outweighs the right to bear arms.
Get pistols and all other guns that are used to massacre
people out of society.
If that does not stop the violence, then ban all guns, and
tell the NRA to shut its
stupid mouth.
